How to start working out as a beginners

 


Are you thinking of working out but as you are beginner , you may  have many questions in your mind .

Working out  will get simple once you get to know  how to start working out as a beginner. 

You may make many mistakes when you try to workout as a beginner.

Here are some of the tips  on how you can start working out as a beginner :

Make a habit of working out 

Many of you  start to workout but after many days are weeks they stop working out. 

If you are beginner and want to work out then first important thing is to make a regular habit of working out. 

You can make a simple habit of walking or jogging in the morning or evening at least for 10-15 minutes. 

Once you make this habit of working out in your daily activities  then you will also make a habit of working out. 

Start with the basic exercise

If you  are beginner and have just started to workout then start with the basic exercise. 

Start to workout with the basic exercise is one of the best way to working  out. 

It is important to make your body to workout with simple bodyweight exercise instead if lifting heavy weight exercise. 

If you  are just a beginner and you just directly start to lift weights then you will feel more tired easily and you don't feel to workout. 

Their are many  basic bodyweight exercise which you can include in your workout routine like push ups ,triceps dips  squats  , lunges etc . 

Focus on your posture

One of the most  important thing to do while working out is to focus on your posture. 

Many beginner perform many exercise with wrong posture from which they get injured. 

So  , before  performing any exercise it is important to focus on your posture before doing it. 

As many beginners injured themselves due to the wrong position. 

Many of you perform exercise in incorrect posture and tends to increase weight gradually which further they feel pain .

Performing the exercise in the correct posture with light weight can be more effective and safe .

So , it is important to focus on your body posture. 

Performing your repetition  too quickly

The  common mistakes many beginners tends to do is doing their repetition too quickly. 

Performing your repetition too quickly may not be helpful for your body. 

When you prefer your repetition too quickly it is more easy to cheat and you don't feel any tension on your muscles. 

Many beginners think performing more repetition is important instead of focusing on their muscles tensions. 

When you perform any exercise it is important to focus on your repetition you should nit perform it too quickly  nor too slowly. 

You should feel tension on your muscles while performing any exercise. 

So  , it  is important to focus on your repetition while performing any exercise. 

Perform the warm ups

Warm up is one of the most important part if you should nit skip before working out. 

When you perform your exercise without  performing warm up then their is maximum chance of getting injured. 

It is important to warm up your joints etc or else you may injure your joints etc. 

You should try to warm up your every muscles and make them  ready for working out .

Warm up is important for your basic exercise also. 

You can perform stretching etc and make yourself ready to perform your workout. 

Give time for your muscles to rest

The most  common mistakes many beginners tends to do is that they don't give enough time to their muscles to recover

Beginners always try to perform as much as they could  and they forget that their muscles need  rest to recover. 

You don't need to perform hard  exercise everyday. 

You should  give your muscles  a proper time to recover so they could be ready for next workout. 

You should at least give your muscles  48 hours of rest. 

You should try to keep at least  1 day  as a rest day in a week. 

It is important for your muscles to get rest for recovery and  be injured free.
