Benefits of drinking water

 


    You know 70%  of  your body is made of water  so it is important to keep your body hydrated

But you drink much more less water as your body needs, which causes dry mouth, dark urine, headache, being tired , fatigue etc. 

Water helps to flush out the waste from your body  it also helps in bowel movement. 

Water helps in increasing the performance of your body by increasing the fluids in your body. 

Water also helps in preventing kidney stones etc

Water  helps to carry important minerals and nutrients in your body it also helps to loose weight. 

Drinking more water helps to remove toxic substances from your body and it also cushions your bones. 

It helps to flush your body waste

Water helps to remove body waste from your body  in the form of urine. 

By removing the waste product from your body, it helps to make your healthy. 

Your body contains lots of waste product which your body  doesn't need so drinking more water help to throw there waste from your body in the form of urine and also in the form of sweat.

It also helps in weight loss. If you drink water instead sodas . If you drink water before having a meal it will helps you to eat less due to the fullness in your body. 

Drinking water before your meal can make your stomach full which makes you to eat less.

Water helps to carry oxygen in different parts of the body. As blood is mainly made of water, which carries oxygen to different parts of bodies.

You can get water from foods and fruits etc. 

You need to keep  your body hydrates  as due to daily  activities your body remove  water in the form of sweat so it is important you should drink water often not only when you feel thirst. 

Many if you drink water only when you feel thirsty ,but you should try to drink water more often so your organ can function properly. 

If you don't feel like to drink water ,you can even eat fruits as fruits also contains more water or you can drink healthy juices. 

How much water should you drink ?

It is said that  you should drink at least 3-5  litres of water but however it varies from person to person. 

However most of your body can get water from foods and also from fruits. But you should at least drink  3-4 litres of water . You should drink water more if the weather is hot, you are suffering from Diahoreah etc.
